Well where can I begin. We ordered a table and arranged for the delivery date of 28th October - yes very excited - 28th came and delivery arrived only slight problem legs arrived but no table top following many communications initiated by us nobody knew where the said table top was ☹️☹️☹️ Panther who do there deliveries were none the wiser despite the paperwork saying three parcels only two arrived which Panther seemed fine with. This sorry story continues eventually spoke to a Manager Vish who arranged a Sunday delivery yah they found the table top!! The delivery slot was 12 - 2 it’s now 5 pm and guess no delivery. Have contacted panther customer via chat at 2.15 were told we were next delivery two hours later contacted Panther again via chat line they would have to call depot and will contact us. You guessed it no contact - no table and no ones cares. Please collect your table legs and give us back our money we will go to a company that gives a damn. You win can’t fight anymore.


Following intervention by head of customer services , Vishal matters have now been resolved to our satisfaction. We are grateful for help from Paige and Vishal.

Awful company basically accused of lying about my faulty table. Was told 'if we beleived all our customers we would be bankrupt" this is a money grabbing company!! Stay away!!

I just wanted to say thank you for the sideboard delivered this morning, it’s such a lovely piece of furniture and very good quality.

The delivery was earlier than anticipated, and was a very smooth efficient service.

The service has been terrible. First off they cancel the first delivery. 2nd they deliver on a later day with just the tabletop and 1 chair. 3rd they promise to deliver 2 days later, they don't and book it in for 5 days later. Then they make another delivery this time with the chair but no table Top. No customer service available as it's a Bank Holiday and no resolution. It surely cannot be that hard to deliver a simple order of a table and chairs.

We purchased a kitchen table and four chairs with this company last June. One of the chairs was replaced initially because of a very poor surface finish. The chairs have small plastic inserts at the bottom of the feet and recently (about 7 months old) one of the inserts broke off and three other inserts on the same chair were cracked and disintegrating. After sending photographs we asked the company if they could send replacement inserts and they replied that it would cost us £15. We were shocked as similar plastic inserts for tube ends cost about 50p online. We protested about this excessive charge especially for goods of unsatisfactory quality and the staff member then said he would try to supply them for £10. Shortly after he then offered £12. We declined but will have the problem of seeking out the correct stoppers. Why would a company be so miserable and penny pinching which definitely upset this customer. We will not be buying anything else or indeed give any recommendation to others in respect of this company.

Following the above I have now received a call from a manager, Annabelle, who has explained the confusion which led to my frustrations above. She has quickly resolved my problem and now I am happy to say she has restored my faith in the company. Well done in the end.

Service good product good. However feed up now of the amount of emails request a review. I appreciate all feed back is helpful and have done the score but as I had not typed comments keep getting the request to review. So this should now stop

The Mark Harris side board arrived on time and was well packed and good quality were very pleased with it.

Ordering process was easy. I had to change the delivery date as our house move had been delayed and the member of staff I spoke too was so helpful and changed it for me.
Order arrived during time slot specified and when we put the furniture up it looks lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered a dining table and chairs. Received initial contact the very next day confirming we understood there was s 12 week lead time which had been stressed on website before the order was placed.
The set was delivered within that lead time and all delivery communications were good.
Unfortunately once unpacked the table was found to be damaged.
I contacted the customer services immediately and Casie (I think that's the right spelling) could not have been more helpful. She told me exactly what to do and sourced a replacement and a new delivery slot so the replacement was there within 96 hours
The quality, finish, and appearance of the dining furniture is superb and we received first class service. I have already recommended the company to a number of friends

I ordered a dining table and unfortunately didn't like the wood colour when it arrived. Customer services were great, the table collected promptly and refund made without any quibble. Would def look for future furniture here
